 The area devastated by the infamous TWM-Bomb (TransWarpMutagen-Bomb) dropped by The Triad under the great war, only one bomb was ever made, as the creator of it a Dr. Horst Niemeyer was assassinated by Borshian agents in his home in Messer, Artidol on the same night the bomb was sent towards Arvilbinsk by a bomber formation, none of the planes returned but the bomb was detonated contaminating a huge area with warp-radiation and mutagen.\\
 The bomb causing physical and meteorological phenomena to manifest throughout the Zone, as well as the mutation of fauna and some humans. The Zone is littered with warp-radiation burst with hazardous effects which seemingly defy physics, having various effects on any object close to or in them.\\
